Online Booking Notice
Please read prior to using our online booking tool to schedule your spa appointment
- Our online booking tool gives you the ability to check our schedule and book services at your own convenience. Please note that all online bookings are subject being reviewed and have to be approved before your booking is final. Once your booking has been confirmed you will be sent a confirmation email for your appointment. We do ask that all new clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out paperwork as well.
- Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancelation policy, and ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Those who do not provide 24 hours notice of a cancelation or change may be subject to a cancelation fee.
- Please note: All Groupon Appointments must be made over the phone by calling (813) 234-9484, they can not be booked through our websites booking tool.
- We do require a card on file for all scheduled services. Cards provided on file are in a secure information tab of your client profile and can not be accessed by staff or other members of our team.
